This session examines the legal and governance challenges and solutions for life science companies engaging in collaboration and information sharing, including joint advocacy through trade associations, industry coalitions and collective policy initiatives. Participants will examine how companies can structure collective regulatory engagement and industry collaboration to support effective advocacy, as well as exchanging information in a transactional setting, while implementing appropriate safeguards to prevent anti-competitive coordination.
